  • Coordinate with Area Managers to resolve fulfillment gaps before jobs become at risk.

Live Operations

  • Monitor active jobs throughout the day.
  • Coordinate communication between dispatch, movers, drivers, and Area Managers.
  • Ensure the On-Call Support Team is actively managing live operational issues, including delays, callouts, ETA updates, and customer communication.
  • Escalate high-priority operational issues as needed.

Quality & Performance

  • Ensure compliance with all dispatch SOPs and operational standards.
  • Monitor team productivity and provide real-time coaching.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and communicate recommendations to the Dispatch Manager.
  • Submit end-of-shift operational reports detailing performance, escalations, and outstanding action items.

  • 95%+ On-Time Job Execution
  • 100% Shift Coverage
  • Timely Marketplace Fulfillment for Same-Day & Next-Day Jobs
  • Accurate QA and Dispatch Execution
  • Complete Shift Reporting and Handoff Documentation
  • Effective communication across Dispatch, Fulfillment, Support, and Operations teams

Ideal Candidate

  • Demonstrated leadership in dispatch, logistics, or operations.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accountability.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lead teams, coach employees, and drive operational performance.
