Next training session starts October

Your Potential

Starting pay is $16/hour with reviews every 6 months. After working full time for one year you will be eligible for 2 pay increases based on your performance.

ยท Trained Operators can earn monthly performance and attendance bonuses ranging up to several hundred dollars

ยท First-year Dispatchersโ€™ average hourly rate is between $16 - $18 including bonuses and overtime (not mandatory). Double time is paid on holidays.

ยท Experienced Dispatchers average from $18 + per hour (after the first year)
