What are common challenges Dispatchers face when managing multiple calls and requests simultaneously?

Dispatchers often juggle several urgent calls and requests at once, which can be challenging due to the need to prioritize effectively and maintain clear communication under pressure. Support from a cohesive team and ongoing training can also make these challenges more manageable.

What are dispatchers?

Their role is crucial for maintaining efficiency, safety, and effective response in high-pressure environments.
