Position Summary

We are seeking a Dispatch Support Specialist to join our scheduling team. This role plays a key part in ensuring operational compliance and timely completion of customer-generated work. The position involves dispatching, scheduling, and administrative support within a dynamic service environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments.

  • Dispatch technicians and engineers across the Tri-State area for emergency service calls.

  • Update workforce management systems with weekly and monthly schedules.

  • Assign work orders to field crews and track progress in scheduling systems.

  • Retrieve and organize service cards, records, and related documentation.

  • Perform additional administrative and job-related duties as assigned.
