Bost, Inc. is seeking a full-time ICF Program Manager in our Fort Smith and Booneville Intermediate Care Facilities.


Bost is looking for an energetic and compassionate Program Manager to join our team and develop positive interpersonal relationships with the individuals with disabilities who reside and work at our ICFs. Bost offers a comprehensive benefits package, sign-on bonus, and competitive salary to all full-time team members.


Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  1. Develop and implement Individual Program Plans (IPPs) ensuring active treatment and compliance with Federal and State rules and regulations,
  2. Monthly and quarterly reviews of client status related to placement and programming
  3. Compile and submit information to the PASSE in order to obtain Prior Authorizations (PA's)
  4. Direct supervision of all ICF/ID staff
  5. Serve as liaison between Bost, Inc. ICF department and various other entities
  6. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's Degree or higher-level education in Human Services or Registered Nurse
  2. At least one year experience working with ID/DD
  3. Valid driver's license and liability and liability insurance
  4. 21 years of age or older
  5. Pass a background check, reference check, and drug screening
