Job description

The Customer Experience team is looking for a Digital Analyst to conduct research, run reports and provide data driven insights. The ideal candidate will be well versed in Google Analytics (GA) and experienced with native app reporting on Facebook and Twitter. This person will be generating reports on web site and social media campaign performance, optimizing GA to capture data tied to KPI's, setting up dashboards, determining where we have gaps in our data and offering solutions for how to fill those gaps.

In addition this person will be tasked with some competitive research and various fact-finding exercises that may not be specifically analytics related but will provide insight on trends in digital technology and potential opportunities for client.
Qualifications:
Qualifications and experience REQUIRED:
The ideal candidate will have a research background and be able to analyze various data points across a digital landscape, draw conclusions and make recommendations from their findings. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and a firm understanding of how to measure digital engagement with customers via social media (specifically Facebook and Twitter) is required (experience with HootSuite, Buffer and similar software nice to have). Understanding of how to gather customer and competitor data and draft reports highly desired

The Digital Analyst must be responsible, organized and able to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision.
Projects and functions to be performed: The Digital Analyst will be analyzing data from GA,Facebook and Twitter to understand how customers are engaging with client digitally. Based on this research they will make best practicesrecommendations for how to improve digital engagement. Recommendations are expected to include some software and configuration changes to improve client's data gathering capabilities

In addition, the Data Analyst will be looking at competitor websites, industry best practices and other data points to document gaps in client's digital offerings.
