Job description

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Digital Operations Analyst for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients in San Jose, CA. This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week onsite.
Responsibilities:
  • Run the quarterly planning process across the GTM & Sales organization
  • Own the QRF (Quarterly Rolling Forecast) and sales operations POV to drive quarterly plans, ensuring strong execution discipline and aligned prioritization across the digital GTM and sales business
  • Inspect, size, and estimate the value of the programs and actions that will drive impact in quarter and subsequent quarter.
  • Build a programs plan showing path to achieving financial targets
  • Escalate the importance of dependencies across all cross functional teams so that roadmap alignments can take place in a cohesive manner.
  • Drive structured RTB (Run-The-Business) cadences to surface insights, prioritize issues, and cross functional (PMM, GTM, and Marketing) initiatives for the Creator business (this includes running the internal forum within GTM (Mondays), driving the forum with the working squads to arrive at plans of action and areas that need unblocking (Tuesdays), and driving the leadership forum (+ content) on decisions that need to get made and executed for success (Wednesdays).
  • Drive the weekly financial outlook process (within GTM & Sales) and sales operations conversations during the bi-weekly sales operations OL calls: needs to know the drivers of the business
  • Be able to drive adhoc analyses on regional performance, deeper insights on special topics, and make recommendations.
  • Marketing operations: Set up and drive the bi-weekly cadences between GTM & Marketing. Goal of these meetings are to ensure alignment on funding and spend across the different buckets: creation, progression, and conversion: across the top geographies. Measure and report back on efficiencies. Integrate into the decision making process for future quarter's investment asks.
