Job description

This position is located onsite in Savannah, Ga.

The Digital Operations Coordinator supports the platforms, tools, and data flows that contribute to campaign delivery, tracking, attribution, and compliance. You will play a key role in supporting the operational backbone of the performance engine, focusing on the practical aspects of ensuring the systems run smoothly.  This role involves actively engaging with platforms and tools, aiding in the accurate tracking of campaign performance, data organization, and upholding compliance standards.

This hands-on position provides a foundational learning experience for individuals eager to understand the essentials of digital marketing technology and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • AdTech Support: Assist with integrations of key platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.), and third party traffic sources.

  • Infrastructure Assistance: Support the implementation and optimization of tracking infrastructure: UTM conventions, pixel management, and event pipelines.

  • Lead Routing Support: Help maintain lead routing systems between media sources, landing pages, and CRMs.

  • Data Oversight: Assist with AdData oversight and validation.

  • MarTech Tool Support: Support the use of CRM, marketing automation, and data tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Amazon Connect).

  • Consumer Journey Assistance: Help maintain consumer journeys and triggers.

  • Intake Collaboration: Assist with ensuring data accuracy and basic compliance.

  • Data Flow & Reporting: Support data flow processes and assist with generating reports.

  • Analytics: Collaborate with the analytics team to assist with performance dashboards.

  • Compliance Support: Assist with basic compliance tracking.

  • Emerging Technologies: Learn about emerging technologies used in AdTech integrations and systems.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Experience:  1-3 years of experience in project management, digital marketing support, advertising agency traffic manager, or related technical roles required.

Skills Needed: Basic knowledge of platforms like Google Tag Manager. Interest in troubleshooting campaign tracking and data issues. Ability to follow instructions and learn technical implementations.

Licenses or Certification: Preferred but not required
