Job description

Part Time Role: You can have a full time role and work this role as well.

  • manages various aspects digital analytics platforms and operations that enable insights to optimize consumer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • implement analytic capabilities and ensure best practices are leveraged.
  • digital-specific expertise in various areas: vendor management, digital analytics coding, development, implementation, configuration, privacy compliance, marketing tagging, and data analysis in digital-centric platforms.

Essential duties and accountabilities:

• Manage implementation and coding of digital analytics for both new and ongoing programs, this includes serving as subject matter expert in the development of technical requirements and configuration for new projects to enable the measurement of KPIs.

• Manage and maintain components of digital data architecture (data layer, tag management systems, consumer privacy, A/B testing, personalization and analytics platforms) for digital properties.

• Ensure integrity and privacy compliant of digital channel data across systems, partnering internally.

• Manage internal and external partners to identify, develop, implement, and analyze digital data that optimize the digital experience. Provide insights around opportunities to drive fundamental improvements to the digital experience.

This is a progressive role that will be filled at the level based on the skills and experience of the selected candidate.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt workstyle/processes in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated: strong work ethic, follow-through and accountability for results

• Ability to develop effective business partner relationships at all levels of the organization

• Good interpersonal skills and great communication skills, particularly around complex, technical aspects

• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.
