Job description

GreenStone Farm Credit Services is seeking a highly skilled Digital Support Specialist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will provide the daily operation of the Customer Support function for GreenStone customers with the Customer Portal and online banking products.

Working Hours: Enjoy a consistent schedule of 8:00am-4:30pm Eastern, Monday - Friday providing you with a stable work-life balance. You will also participate in the rotation for On-Call support on a weekly basis from 5:30pm-8:00pm Eastern, Monday - Friday, and 9:00am-3:00pm Eastern on Saturday.  This position will also allow for a hybrid schedule (A schedule of expected onsite and remote workdays will be discussed during the interview process). There will be a minimum of a one week on-site training in the Corporate Office within your first 30 days.

Day in the life of an Associate Digital Support Specialist

  • The majority of the day for an Associate Digital Support Specialist will be spent answering phone calls and emails from external customers who are using MyAccess and Online Banking.
  • These phone calls will be helping the customer log in to their account, and answering any questions they may have about our digital tools.
  • The Customer Support Specialist will also actively engage with providing customer feedback to the applications services team in an effort to maximize the user experience.

What Experience do you bring?

  • High School diploma
  • 1+ years of technical or business experience required.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience required.
