Basic Description:

The Digital Marketing Support Specialist will provide operational support across Flat Branch’s CRM platforms, serving as the first point of contact for user support, troubleshooting, and training. They will assist the Digital Marketing team with maintaining assets, managing social media scheduling and reporting, and coordinating content approval workflows. The Digital Marketing Support Specialist will also help research industry trends, compile analytics reports, and support strategy presentations to loan officers and referral partners as needed. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with team members and employees across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day operational support across CRM platforms including Total Expert, Experience.com, and others as assigned, serving as the primary point of contact for basic user support and troubleshooting
  • Serve as first point of contact for CRM support tickets, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Assist the Marketing team in maintaining and uploading marketing assets including email templates, flyers, and campaign materials 
  • Support ongoing CRM training initiatives including user onboarding, platform walkthroughs, and ongoing education for new and existing users
  • Coordinate content approval workflows with senior staff and team leads prior to publishing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for social media scheduling across multiple platforms for Social Surge, our automated social media service for loan officers, ensuring content is published accurately and on time
  • Pull and compile social media performance reports upon request for Social Surge program participants
  • Monitor daily social media activity across channels and flag any issues or anomalies to the appropriate team member
  • Assist corporate social media team as needed
  • Assist with researching industry trends and compiling analytics reports for marketing leadership
  • Provide strategy presentations to loan officers and referral partners as needed 
  • Keep active communication with applicable participants on marketing tickets 
  • Any other digital marketing tasks as needed
Requirements:

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field  
  • Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Total Expert
  • Experience with social media platforms and management tools, including Meta Business Suite
  • Familiarity with basic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
  • Independent work style yet comfortable collaborating with others 
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Enjoys a diversity of tasks, and projects 
  • Takes pride and ownership in the work produced 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to a broad range of employee segments across the company, including senior leadership 
  • Handles constructive criticism from clients and team 
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
