Digital Marketing Manager (13-Month Contract)
Our client is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing, this role is responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital strategies across paid media, web, social, SEO, and demand generation channels.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that support business growth objectives
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across paid search, display, affiliate, native advertising, and social media channels
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, customer journey metrics, and key marketing KPIs
  • Leverage data, dashboards, and marketing automation tools to drive performance improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across marketing initiatives
  • Support acquisition, retention, upsell, advocacy, and renewal programs throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Lead the development and optimization of website landing pages and digital experiences
  • Identify and implement new technologies, tools, and best practices to improve marketing effectiveness
  • Support additional marketing projects and initiatives as required
Your strengths include:
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, paid media, or growth marketing
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Commerce, or a related field
  • Experience within a B2B SaaS environment, preferably in a regulated industry
  • Strong knowledge of paid media, SEO, conversion optimization, customer segmentation, and attribution modeling
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, and social media analytics tools
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with marketing data and reporting tools
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Experience with CMS platforms, SQL, front-end development, or additional languages is considered an asset
