Raceway Nissan, a high-volume dealership in the tri-state area, is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Desk Manager to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy developing top-performing sales teams, we want to hear from you!
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an automotive Desk Manager required
  • Strong analytical and deal structuring skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing sales staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on performance and results

Key Responsibilities:
  • Structure and desk deals with a focus on maximizing gross, volume, and lender relationships
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve close ratios and overall performance
  • Train, coach, and mentor sales consultants on sales processes, product knowledge, and best practices
  • Monitor key performance metrics and enforce accountability across the sales floor
