We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced staffing coordinator/recruiter in our Foothill Ranch location. The ideal candidate will be professional, detailed oriented and have prior experience in a staffing agency setting.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Maintain staffing operations across the board

- Responsible for recruiting and filling temp orders for a variety of clients

- Uphold accurate system for tracking staff over a variety of shifts

- Coordinate staff to meet the organization's requirements

- Monitor overtime accumulation and attendance of employees

- Conduct competency checks on new employees

- Work with the payroll manager to verify payroll accuracy

Qualifications

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

2-3 years of staffing/agency experience

Temp desk experience

Bilingual preferred 

Excellent communications and computer skills
