Job Summary

The Help Desk Intern will learn how to deliver supreme customer service while supporting BHG’s Corporate and Field team members and treatment centers. The position will provide exposure to the following computer disciplines: Service Desk, Desktop Software Support, Computer Operations, and others.

Summary of Essential Job Functions

The key responsibilities of the Help Desk Intern include but not limited to:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems
  • Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
  • Organize and maintain IT resources
  • Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management

Regulatory

  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulatory bodies, as well as accrediting agencies
  • Complies with all federal, state, and local regulatory agency requirements
  • Complies with all accrediting agencies
  • Marketing and Outreach
  • Participate in community and public relations activities as assigned.

The Help Desk Intern must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and be currently enrolled in a degree program closely related to the field. A basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems is required. The following characteristics are also essential:
