Is $30 an hour good for an internship?

For a desk intern, $30 an hour is considered a high rate, as most internships pay significantly less, often minimum wage or slightly above. What are Desk Interns?

Desk Interns are entry-level professionals or students who assist with administrative, research, and operational tasks at a desk within an organization, often in fields like journalism, finance, or international relations.
