Job Summary: The Project Data Administrator provides administrative support to various projects throughout Wright Service Corp's family of companies. The Project Data Administrator ensures project data is current and accurate within the Company's Workday system.
Essential Job Duties:
  • Collate all contract value information for active projects into Workday to ensure reporting works as expected
  • Create projects and related data points in Workday, including but not limited to: Worktags, phases, tasks and budgeted contract values on contract lines
  • Maintain and update project data within Workday, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates for contract lines associated with projects
  • Perform regular data quality checks and identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve data quality, streamline processes, and enhance data administration efficiency
  • Serve as liaison between Accounting & Finance, Contact Administration and Field Operations
  • Provide project administrative support for the Wright Service Corp family of companies
  • Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright's culture of safety and employee ownership
  • Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintains knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings

Other Duties:
  • Ad hoc projects as assigned
  • Must be able to work potential overtime in order to process workloads within set deadlines
