Role Overview:
We are looking for a MuleSoft Administrator to manage, support, and maintain the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform environment, ensuring platform stability, performance, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange)
  • Manage CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, and On-Prem deployments
  • Monitor APIs, integrations, and runtime environments
  • Troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and integration issues
  • Configure logging, alerts, and monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog, Dynatrace)
  • Manage user roles, access control, and platform security (TLS, API gateways)
  • Support CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab) and environment management (DEV, QA, UAT, PROD)
  • Handle deployments, rollbacks, and capacity planning
  • Support incident, change management, and maintain operational documentation

Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform administration
  • Hands-on with CloudHub and Runtime Fabric
  • Knowledge of API management and integration concepts
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experience with Linux administration
  • Understanding of networking (DNS, load balancers, firewalls)
