Job Summary:
Filson is a company with a rich history in outfitting pioneers with high-quality goods. The Master Data Administrator will support cross-functional teams by managing system data integrity and maintenance, ensuring efficient product lifecycle management and data flow across various business platforms.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Own item data setup and maintenance for finished goods and raw materials, including item master data, retail pricing, and cost templates
โ€ข Manage Product Change Notifications (PCN) and maintain weekly line list updates
โ€ข Create and maintain seasonal color chips in Yunique PLM and streamline color naming conventions in NetSuite
โ€ข Own Bill of Materials (BOM) setup and maintenance for Manufacturing and Workshop products
โ€ข Review and update seasonal retail pricing in alignment with product launch calendars
โ€ข Validate system product cost accuracy against external records and resolve discrepancies
โ€ข Identify, track, and correct purchase order variances, including delivery dates, pricing, and quantities
โ€ข Build and maintain product information using standardized processes to support cross-functional teams
โ€ข Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure accurate and efficient data flow
โ€ข Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and recommend improvements
โ€ข Define and implement optimized processes aligned with business needs

Qualifications:
Required:
