About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. As an ICU RN, you will provide direct, high-acuity patient care to critically ill patients requiring advanced monitoring, life support, and complex interventions. You’ll work collaboratively with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill ICU patients

  • Perform continuous patient assessment and interpret hemodynamic data

  • Administer medications, titrate drips, and manage advanced life-support equipment

  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams on treatment plans

  • Document care accurately in the electronic medical record

  • Educate patients and families during critical and end-of-life situations

  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and best practices

Qualifications
  • Active RN license (compact or willing to obtain)

  • 1+ year of ICU or critical care experience preferred (strong stepdown/PCU considered)

  • BLS required; ACLS required or obtained within orientation

  • Experience with ventilators, critical drips, and high-acuity patients preferred
