Practice Overview


  • Join a physician-owned, multispecialty group alongside OB/GYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives, and Women's Health Nurse Practitioners
  • Balanced 50/50 OB-GYN practice with flexibility to shape your clinical interests
  • Perform a broad range of procedures, including C-sections, robotic and laparoscopic surgery, hysterectomies, and pelvic floor procedures
  • Established referral network with immediate patient volume and minimal local competition

Schedule


  • Four-day workweek supporting work-life balance
  • One to two dedicated OR days each week with block scheduling
  • 1:4 call rotation with post-call flexibility
  • Consistent clinic and delivery volumes throughout the year

Compensation & Benefits


  • 350,000 base salary plus production incentives
  • Partnership opportunity after two years with income potential of 700,000-800,000
  • Up to 30,000 in sign-on and relocation assistance, plus training stipend opportunities
  • Five weeks of PTO, CME allowance, retirement plan with employer contributions, and comprehensive benefits

Candidate Requirements


  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • Eligible for medical licensure in Oregon
  • Comfortable with the full scope of OB and GYN care, including surgical procedures
