What is a Remote Procore?

A Remote Procore job refers to a position that involves using Procore, a construction management software, while working from a remote location instead of an office or job site. Professionals in these roles may handle tasks such as project management, document control, or collaboration with construction teams—all facilitated through Procore's online platform. Remote Procore jobs are suitable for individuals who are experienced with construction industry workflows and digital project management tools. These roles offer flexibility and are increasingly common as companies adopt cloud-based solutions for managing construction projects. Proficiency with Procore and strong communication skills are typically required.

How does a Remote Procore specialist typically collaborate with construction project teams?

As a Remote Procore specialist, you will frequently interact with project managers, field teams, and stakeholders through virtual meetings, shared documentation, and real-time data updates on the Procore platform. Effective communication is key, as you may be responsible for onboarding new users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that project information is accurately maintained and accessible. You’ll likely coordinate schedules for virtual training sessions and support, adapting to the fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable nature of construction projects. Strong digital collaboration skills are essential to bridge the gap between remote and on-site team members.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Remote Procore specialist?

To thrive as a Remote Procore Specialist, you need a solid understanding of construction management processes, project coordination experience, and proficiency with Procore software, often supported by a relevant degree or construction background. Familiarity with Procore's project management tools, document control systems, and certifications such as Procore Certified User are typically expected. Strong communication, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills are essential for collaborating with remote teams and supporting multiple stakeholders. These skills ensure efficient project execution, seamless information flow, and effective remote collaboration in construction projects.

Job description

Procore Administrator

Based in Scott, LA

Full-time, M-F, occ Saturdays - ONSITE in Scott, LA ~5 times a month| ~25% U.S. travel - otherwise REMOTE!

$95K-$100K base + discretionary bonus | 401(k) match | Generous benefits + PTO

About the Role

Our commercial construction client is hiring a Procore Administrator to serve as our internal Procore Super Admin. This isn't a basic data-entry role - you'll need enough Procore and construction knowledge to understand how PMs and field teams operate, plus the communication skills to train employees and drive accountability company-wide.

The Challenge

Standardizing Procore across multiple teams while driving real adoption. You'll balance admin work, project setup, hands-on training, troubleshooting, documentation, financial workflows, process improvement, and travel/jobsite support - often on multiple projects at once.

What You'll Do

  • Own Procore administration: permissions, templates, workflows, user access
  • Set up new projects and guide PM teams through proper Procore establishment
  • Be the go-to for Procore questions, training, and troubleshooting (PMs, supers, field, subs)
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings/specs, and document control
  • Support commitments, change orders, invoices, budgets, and financial reporting
  • Build reports/dashboards; coordinate with Accounting, Project Controls, Ops, and PM
  • Improve workflows and maintain data accuracy across all projects
  • Potentially help lead future Procore-NetSuite-safety software integrations

What You Need

  • 2+ years hands-on Procore experience (admin-level understanding, not just personal use)
  • Background as a Procore Administrator, Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or Advanced Procore User
  • Working knowledge of Super Admin rights, permissions, project configuration, templates, and reporting
  • Solid grasp of RFIs, submittals, change orders, commitments, budgets, and job-cost concepts within Procore
  • Procore Certification a plus, not required
  • Must be willing to travel 25% of time, usually to Texas- expenses covered

Tools: Procore (Project Mgmt + Financial Mgmt) required; Microsoft 365, SharePoint, NetSuite, and safety software a plus.

LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY - Louisiana ONLY

Please Note: This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future visa sponsorship. We are not able to consider C2C arrangements or third-party submissions.
