Team Leadership

  • Global Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, globally distributed team.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Strategy to ensure full-funnel execution and alignment.

  • AI Forward Orientation: Apply an AI lens on how to create differentiated experiences and streamline processes which challenge the status quo.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 15+ years of communications experience, with senior leadership experience at a publicly traded company. Additionally seeking brand, events or marketing leadership experience. B2B technology experience is preferred.

  • Education: BA/BS degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field - or career equivalent.

  • Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to be a visionary while applying the tactical expertise to achieve "big picture" objectives.

  • Analytical Rigor: Strong skills in using data and customer insights to drive creative direction and measure the effectiveness of programs.

  • Executive Presence: Exemplary communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders and executives.

  • Innovation: An AI-forward orientation, applying new technologies to streamline processes and create differentiated customer, employee, and team experiences.
