  • Develop and execute short-term and long-term sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Recruit, develop, coach, and retain top-performing sales talent
  • Establish clear sales objectives, performance metrics, accountability standards, and career development paths
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews, forecast meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions
  • Drive new customer acquisition while expanding relationships with existing customers
  • Build scalable sales processes, performance management systems, and organizational structure
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to support company growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales Enablement to reinforce CRM standards, onboarding programs, sales training, and process adoption
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline visibility, reporting accuracy, and organizational effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities for market expansion, revenue growth, and operational improvement
  • Present sales performance, forecasts, strategic initiatives, and recommendations to executive leadership
  • Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, urgency, customer focus, and continuous improvement

Requirements

Who You Are

  • Highly competitive, results-driven, and motivated by achieving ambitious goals
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining strong accountability standards
  • Process-oriented with strong attention to detail and execution
  • Skilled at developing sales talent, coaching leaders, and building high-performing teams
  • A practical communicator who works effectively across departments and leadership levels
  • Comfortable leading organizational change and driving adoption of best practices
  • Motivated by business growth, operational improvement, and team development
  • Able to balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership and execution
  • Confident making decisions, holding teams accountable, and driving measurable results

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of progressive B2B sales leadership experience
  • 5+ years leading high-performing sales organizations with responsibility for revenue targets
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong background in sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, CRM systems, and performance metrics
  • Experience hiring, developing, coaching, and retaining top-performing sales professionals
