As the first point of contact for our service department, you will play a critical role in creating a luxury customer experience from the moment clients walk through our doors or call our dealership. Your warm personality, strong communication skills, and attention to detail will help ensure every client feels valued and cared for.
Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome all service clients with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
  • Assist clients with service check-in and general questions
  • Support service advisors with scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks
  • Coordinate client arrivals, loaner vehicle communication, and appointment flow
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
