What to Expect We are seeking a highly motivated, passionate, and organized Executive Assistant to work alongside ourSupply Chain leadershipteam. You will manage all administrative functions, own impactful projects, and become deeply involved in the business.
What You'll Do
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support toEnergy &Electronics Supply Chain, and Purchasing leadership
  • Anticipate leadership needs, excercise sound judgement and independently handle sensitive and time-critical matters with professionalism and discretion
  • Maintain a strong understanding of leadership's goals, preferences and business priorities to help streamline workflows, communications and cross-functional collaboration
  • Manage calendars, domestic and international travel, expense reports,conference room booking and room management, catering orders, and executive meeting setup
  • Take detailed meeting notes, synthesize outcomes, track follow ups, and manageconfidential information with discretion
  • Partner with leaders on strategic planning and defining team objectives and priorities
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and support organizations such as IT, HR and Workplace

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years of experience in an administrative role or relevant professional experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and anticipate changes
