JOB SUMMARY
The Associate Corporate Strategy delivers high-impact work to support strategic initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Director Corporate Strategy, this role contributes to solving complex business problems by developing insights that inform operational, financial, and strategic decisions. Acting as an internal consultant, the Associate works cross-functionally to create actionable, data-driven recommendations that support enterprise performance, growth, and transformation efforts.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create presentation-ready deliverables and executive-level summaries that distill complex analysis into actionable insights.
  • Support strategic initiatives that cut across the enterprise, both for Senior Leadership and the Board of Directors
  • Conduct quantitative analysis to evaluate business strategies, operational initiatives, or investment decisions.
  • Partner with functional teams to understand business drivers and provide analytical support for decision-making.
  • Solve high-impact problems and develop actionable solutions for the most challenging strategic issues facing the company
  • Identify future growth opportunities for the company, with particular attention to the capabilities needed to operationalize and capture value from these areas
  • Assess the financial impact of initiatives related to efficiency, cost optimization, or revenue growth.
  • Research industry benchmarks and internal trends to support strategic assessments or project planning.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
DEGREE TYPE:
Bachelor's Degree
FIELD(S) OF STUDY:
Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. MBA or related advanced degree/certification is strongly preferred
EXPERIENCE:
  • 2-3 years' experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy or Investment Banking
  • Prior experience in a capital-intensive, consumer-facing industry (e.g., cruise, travel, hospitality, transportation, or infrastructure) is highly desirable.

COMPETENCIES & SKILLS
  • Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking, with the ability to develop and articulate compelling financial insights.
  • Familiarity with project-based work or cross-functional collaboration on strategic initiatives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex information into executive-ready deliverables
  • Strong project coordination and time management skills; ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills with ability to synthesize large data sets
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in analysis
  • Highly collaborative and intellectually curious, with a proactive approach to solving business problems
