A Contracts Manager oversees the creation, negotiation, execution, and management of contracts for an organization. They ensure that all agreements comply with legal requirements and company policies, while also safeguarding the organization's interests. Their role involves working closely with legal, procurement, and project teams to manage risks, resolve disputes, and maintain positive relationships with vendors, clients, or contractors.
