JOB SUMMARY

The Contract Administration Supervisor will support the Contract Admin Team with day to day activities related to contract processing and account maintenance.



Essential Functions

Essential Function

Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems to optimize and streamline processes

Provide general and administrative and clerical support

Prepare and distribute communication to client base

Maintain and update contract database on a routine basis

Provide training for sales representatives related to contract administrative functions/processes

Accomplish department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes

Monthly reporting distribution and management: Regional consumption reports, sales trend analysis, customer volume trend analysis

Manage contract approval process

Other duties as assigned
