Our client, a major Oil and gas company, is looking for a Contracts Advisor to work on a 12 months contract in Lima, OH
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation to execution and compliance. This role involves working closely with various departments to ensure that all contracts meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including service agreements, supply contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and terminations.
  • Collaborate with legal, procurement, and other departments to address contract-related issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract management processes.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for contract-related risks.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
