Essential Functions
  • Directs and oversees the organization's contract administration function, ensuring that contract negotiation strategies support the overall business strategy.
  • Oversees the negotiation and administration of the organization's contracts.
  • Responsible for the development of standard contract documents, including terms and conditions.
  • Reviews and edits or approves significant or substantial contractual changes.
  • Monitors the work of a team of contract analysts/administrators that prepare, negotiate, review, and revise contracts.
  • Establishes and administers contracting strategies that are meant to improve business performance and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
  • May assist with pricing, quotations, or proposals for the sale of organizational goods and services.
  • Leads and directs the work of other employees and has responsibility for personnel actions including hiring, performance management, and termination with concurrence from HR & Senior Leadership.
    • Required Qualifications
      • Required education and experience: Associate's Degree and 8-10 years' experience OR Equivalent Combination of Relevant Education &/or Experience
      • Critical professional related technical skills; computer skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
      Preferred Qualifications
      • Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's Degree
      • Discipline/Major: Business or related degree preferred
