Summary:

The Center for Business and Industry is seeking part-time contract Instructors for Workforce Development training for incumbent workers. The ideal candidates are industry professionals with substantive business and management experience.

Topics of interest and expertise are as follows to teach in theLeadership & Management Developmenttrack:

  • Leadership and Management
  • Communications
  • Conflict Resolution
  • Supervision
  • DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion)
  • Microsoft Office
  • Cloud based applications (Google, Office 365 [including SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, OneNote, etc.])

Candidates must be available to teach Monday through Friday during business hours and have flexibility to travel to our campuses and possibly to local business facilities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required from a regionally accredited Institution. In lieu of Bachelor's degree, extensive experience may be considered. Substantive business and management experience in topical areas required.

The number of instructors hired varies from semester to semester, depending upon the needs of the department and the College.
