HANOR is seeking a passionate and motivated Leadership Development Coordinator to help strengthen leadership capabilities across our agricultural operations. This role is responsible for facilitating, reinforcing, and continuously improving practical leadership development programs that support leaders at all levels of the organization.

The ideal candidate is an engaging facilitator who can build credibility with field leaders, connect leadership concepts to day-to-day operational realities, and inspire growth through meaningful development experiences. This position requires strong bilingual English/Spanish communication skills, regular regional travel, and the ability to partner closely with leaders across multiple locations.

This is not a traditional administrative training role. We are looking for someone who is genuinely committed to developing people, enjoys working directly with leaders in the field, and can help translate leadership principles into practical actions that drive individual and organizational success.

Leadership Development Coordinator

About the Role

The Leadership Development Coordinator supports the HANOR Leadership Institute by helping develop, facilitate, reinforce, and improve leadership development across the organization.

This role works with all levels of HANOR leadership and outside partners to support consistent leadership expectations, practical application of The HANOR Way, bilingual training support, development tracking, reporting, coaching support, and leadership development resources.

This is a professional leadership development role focused on helping strengthen leadership, communication, follow-up, and consistency across HANOR.

Key Responsibilities

·       Model and reinforce The HANOR Way through daily interactions with leaders across the organization, leadership development training, facilitation, communication, coaching, follow-up, and program support.

·       Help develop and reinforce leadership development programs aligned with The HANOR Way, the HANOR Leadership Guide, and HANOR Leadership Institute expectations.

·       Facilitate leadership development training, discussions, and reinforcement activities that support practical application and consistent leadership expectations.

·       Support leaders in facilitating and reinforcing HANOR Leadership Institute content within their areas of responsibility.

·       Spend regular time in company regions supporting leadership development activities, observing leadership practices, reinforcing application of training, and helping connect leadership development to day-to-day operations.

·       Support bilingual leadership development by translating, adapting, and reinforcing training language in Spanish while maintaining alignment with the English version.

·       Maintain leadership development training paths, participation records, completion status, and related development tracking.

·       Prepare leadership development reports and updates for Human Resources and Executive leadership.

·       Coordinate leadership assessments and related follow-up.

·       Maintain confidentiality and professional judgment when handling leadership observations, development information, assessment results, and related records.

 

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business, education, communications, leadership development, or a related field preferred.

·       Equivalent experience in leadership development, training, facilitation, human resources, or operations leadership may be considered in place of a degree.

·       Experience facilitating leadership training or employee development programs required.

·       Bilingual English and Spanish ability required.

·       Experience translating or adapting training content between English and Spanish strongly preferred.

·       Human resources, operations, production, or field-based leadership experience preferred.

·       Strong facilitation, communication, organization, follow-through, and professional judgment.

·       Ability to travel regularly to company locations, regional training sessions, and leadership development events.

·       Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future employment visa sponsorship for this position.
