Job Summary and Qualifications

The Senior Leadership and Org Development Coordinator supports the Leadership Institute by coordinating and delivering leadership development programs, communications, reporting, facilitation, and operational processes. 

  What you will do in this role:

  • This role partners closely with Leadership & Organizational Development leaders and colleagues to ensure programs are executed effectively, aligned to the Leadership Institute brand, and supported by accurate data and meaningful insights.  
  •  Key responsibilities include program and participant management, facilitation of virtual and in-person learning, reporting and analytics, managing incoming content and metric requests, identifying process improvement opportunities, and supporting ad hoc leadership development needs. 
  • The Sr. Coordinator may also support budget management, contracts, and invoice processing and requires strong project management, critical thinking, communication, and attention to detail.

    What you must have for this role: 


    • Bachelor’s degree required 
    • 3+ years of reporting/analytics experience
    • Advanced Excel skills
