Description

Job Overview: The primary objective is to audit and input lease and retail contracts into the portfolio system daily with a high degree of accuracy Responsibilities: The ability to verify information is accurate and be able to communicate the reason if incorrect. The ability to validate additional documentation to ensure that all state and MBFS requirements are met. Able to follow a process and identify inconsistencies with information presented. A general knowledge of being able to add, subtract, divide, & multiply. Ability to validate calculations to ensure the financial information presented is accurate. - Able to adapt to frequent changes including overtime with limited notice - Comfortable working in a fast paced environment - Ability to communicate with region and dealership personnel. The primary responsibility of the Contract Analyst is to thoroughly audit retail and lease contracts submitted by Mercedes-Benz dealerships across the United States and Puerto Rico. This role involves the use of multiple internal systems to ensure the accuracy and completeness of contract documentation, enabling the funding of contracts, which in turn pays the dealership and establishes the customerโ€™s account. This is a production-driven position, and individual success is partially measured by the departmentโ€™s scorecard. Due to the complexity of the role, a strong willingness to learn and proactively ask questions is essential. While support is available, the position requires a high degree of independence. As such, individuals who prefer group settings with frequent interaction may find this role less suitable.
