We are seeking an Administration Associate to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. Training on specific tasks will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Help plan and schedule appointments
  • Answer inbound telephone calls
  • Place outgoing follow-up calls as needed.
  • Develop and implement organized filing systems
  • Perform all other office tasks
