Responsible for various daily commercial credit risk administrative functions. This position involves communicating with both commercial sales associates and commercial clients. Other credit duties may be included. 


                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

  • Administration/setup of commercial client accounts 
  • Monitoring daily email communications from commercial sales division 
  • Communication with external and internal resources relating to commercial clients 
  • Background research of commercial applications and purchase orders 
  • Review and consolidate commercial client information to assess credit risk 
  • Maintain accurate records 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies  

  • Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience 
  • Ability to communicate in French verbally and in writing is an asset  
  • High degree of attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Ability to meet deadlines 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity 
  • Positive attitude 
  • Punctual and dependable daily 
  • Experience with commercial credit billing and account reconciliation is an asset.
