An Administration Trainee is responsible for supporting the administrative functions of the hotel by ensuring accurate documentation, efficient processes, and timely support to internal departments.

What will I be doing?

As an Administration Trainee you are responsible for supporting in providing efficient administrative operations across departments. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Support daily administrative tasks and office operations

  • Assist in maintaining accurate records, filing systems, and documentation

  • Maintain a high profile while being professional, organised, and helpful

  • Ensure all documentation is handled confidentially and in line with company standards

  • Support internal communication between departments

  • Assist with data entry and reporting tasks as required

  • React promptly and deal with any administrative issues or discrepancies

  • Communicate any issues to the relevant Manager or Supervisor

  • Support general office organisation and ensure an efficient work environment
