Job description

The Contracts Center of Excellence ("COE") is responsible for the reviewing and processing of all fully executed net new awards, option periods, and contract modifications as well as coordination for at risk items for the Deloitte GPS Practice. Possesses a strong working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations, and commercial contracting principles. Supports the execution of all facets of the contract life cycle. Performs contract administration duties for federal contracts and ensures the accuracy of the contracts and financial systems. Exercises increased independence and judgment in reviewing and analyzing moderately complex contracts actions. Maintains a keen awareness of requirements and status associated with assigned contracts. Effectively, manages personal portfolio and advises account teams on contracts administration matters. Compiles and analyzes contract related data; and maintains historical information and documentation.

The team

The Enterprise Contract Management & Operations team is responsible for contract administration activities supporting strategic enterprise contract vehicles across Deloitte's Government and Public Services practice. This role will work directly with Contracts professionals, Project Engagement Leadership, Enabling Solutions points of contact, and other internal stakeholders to coordinate the information and decisions required to support compliant contract management and operational execution

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, contract administration, or government contracting support
  • 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise contract vehicles, task orders, contract modifications, or contract administration workflows
  • Experience maintaining contract documentation, deliverable tracking, and compliance records
  • Experience coordinating contract administration activities with project leadership and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting contracts within Government and Public Services
  • Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) requirements
  • Experience supporting contract lifecycle management processes
  • Experience preparing contract status reports, trackers, and documentation for internal stakeholders
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300 to $155,400.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
