We are seeking a creative, strategic, and hands-on Brand & Content Manager to join our Consumer Business Unit. This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports, ideal for a strong storyteller who enjoys creating content, driving campaigns, and collaborating across teams to deliver exceptional consumer experiences. As our Brand & Content Manager, you'll be in a key role shaping how consumers interact with the Medela brand across digital and traditional channels.

What You'll Do as Our Brand & Content Manager

As the Brand & Content Manager, you won't just oversee content-you'll create it. You'll develop compelling content, coordinate campaigns across multiple channels, and ensure every consumer touchpoint reflects Medela's brand voice and standards.

Key Responsibilities as our Brand & Content Manager

  • Create and manage content across digital, social media, website, email, video, and campaign channels.
  • Lead content development for product launches, consumer education initiatives, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Transform complex product, technical, and clinical information into clear, engaging, and consumer-friendly content.
  • Develop compelling storytelling that strengthens brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
  • Plan and manage editorial calendars, content roadmaps, and campaign timelines.
