About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

The Experience
The Salesforce Customer Digital Experience (CDX) team is on a mission to create products that are easy to use and set a high standard for user experience at Salesforce. Our content design team works collaboratively and iteratively with design, engineering, research, and product partners to bring these experiences to life. As a Lead Content Designer, you shape experiences at scale, influence product direction, and help define the future of content design at Salesforce.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
  • You lead information architecture strategy, ensuring the narrative flow and structure of complex product experiences is logical, intuitive, and scalable.
  • You use simple language to reduce product complexity - writing the words, deciding where they go, and establishing standards and reusable patterns that raise the quality of in-app communication across teams.
  • You partner with research and design early in the product development cycle to frame problems, define content vision, and align cross-functional leaders around clear, customer-centered outcomes.
  • You regularly present to senior leadership to drive alignment, clarity, and executive buy-in, and mentor junior content designers to elevate craft and strategic thinking across the team.

You're Our Person If...
  • You have 8+ years of experience managing complex content projects as a content designer or in an allied role.
  • You have 4+ years of experience developing and implementing design-centric content strategy.
  • You write clearly and precisely across content types including user interface text, onboarding, and online help. You have an online portfolio that demonstrates your content design work.
  • You are a strong collaborator who partners with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify key customer scenarios, prioritize content, and validate outcomes.

Even Better If...
  • You have experience leading cross-cloud or multi-product initiatives to deliver cohesive, end-to-end customer experiences.
  • You have defined and evolved content standards, governance models, or scalable content systems across teams.
  • You have experience writing for engineering or technical audiences.
  • Portfolio is required with your application.
