The Senior Enablement Content Manager is responsible for driving the strategy, governance, optimization, and execution of sales and customer-facing content within the Genesys enablement platform. This role serves as the bridge between content creators, sales enablement, product marketing, and field teams to ensure sellers can easily discover, consume, and leverage the right content at the right time.

The ideal candidate combines deep Seismic platform expertise with strong experience in content governance, information architecture, sales enablement, analytics, and project management. They will lead cross-functional initiatives that improve content quality, discoverability, and effectiveness, enabling sellers to find and leverage the right content at the right time while supporting scalable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as administrator and subject matter expert for the Seismic platform.
  • Design, configure, and optimize Seismic workspaces, libraries, content profiles, Learning, user provisioning, and platform capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain scalable content architecture, metadata standards, tagging strategies, and content governance processes.
  • Partner with Seismic, internal technical teams, and stakeholders to implement enhancements, resolve issues, and evaluate new capabilities.
  • Establish and enforce content governance, lifecycle management, publishing workflows, and content quality standards.
  • Lead content audits, rationalization efforts, archival strategies, and ownership/review processes to maintain an effective content ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Product Management, and Revenue teams to align content with business priorities.
  • Create and optimize content journeys, discoverability, and user experiences for both seller-facing and buyer-facing content.
  • Support product launches, strategic initiatives, and sales campaigns through content readiness programs.
  • Leverage Seismic dashboards and reporting to measure content performance, adoption, and business impact.
  • Provide recommendations that improve content effectiveness, seller productivity, and enablement ROI.
  • Facilitate governance, stakeholder alignment, content best practices, and training on platform capabilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Content Management, Knowledge Management, or a related discipline.
  • Expert-level knowledge of the Seismic platform, including content management, governance, metadata, reporting, and end-user experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale content repositories and governance programs.
  • Experience developing content taxonomies, information architecture, and content lifecycle processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decisions and improvements.
  • Exceptional project management and stakeholder management capabilities (experience using Asana, a plus)
  • Experience supporting global sales organizations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Seismic certifications or advanced platform administration experience.
  • Familiarity with Seismic Learning.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and sales technology ecosystems.
  • Experience leading technology integrations, content transformation initiatives, or digital adoption programs.
  • Knowledge of AI-powered content management and enablement capabilities.
  • Experience with content authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Rise, Camtasia, Figma) is a plus, but not required

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$109,700.00 - $192,900.00
