RESPONSIBILITIES

Content & Brand Strategy Leadership

  • Lead the strategic vision for content marketing, brand development, messaging, and communications across the agency's portfolio of client accounts, ensuring all initiatives align with business objectives and drive measurable growth.
  • Develop comprehensive content and brand strategies that support lead generation, customer acquisition, engagement, retention, customer loyalty and long-term revenue growth across the full customer journey.
  • Guide brand positioning, messaging frameworks, value propositions, voice and tone development, audience segmentation and competitive differentiation initiatives that help clients stand out in crowded markets.
  • Serve as the primary strategic advisor for content and brand initiatives, helping clients define how they communicate their value, connect with target audiences and strengthen their market presence.
  • Ensure consistency, effectiveness, and strategic alignment across all brand and content touchpoints, including websites, landing pages, advertising campaigns, email marketing, social media, video, thought leadership content, sales enablement materials, public relations initiatives and traditional marketing assets.
  • Develop content frameworks and messaging strategies that support both brand-building efforts and performance marketing objectives, ensuring content contributes to measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client brands through strategic storytelling, content innovation, audience research, customer insights and evolving market trends.
  • Partner closely with SEO, Paid Media, Email, Social Media, Web, and Account Management teams to create integrated marketing strategies that maximize the impact of content across every channel.
  • Champion the use of emerging technologies, including AI-powered content and research tools, to improve efficiency, accelerate execution, uncover new opportunities and enhance the quality and scalability of content production.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of content strategists, copywriters, content creators, editors, and contractors

  • Review and approve content deliverables to maintain quality, consistency, accuracy and strategic alignment

Performance-Focused Content Strategy

REQUIREMENTS

  • 8+ years of experience in content marketing, brand strategy, communications, copywriting, journalism, public relations, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience leading content, brand, creative, or marketing teams
  • Strong experience developing content strategies that support measurable business and marketing objectives
  • Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and communication skills across a variety of formats and audiences
  • Deep understanding of brand positioning, messaging strategy, audience development, and customer journey mapping
