We combine AI with real physicians to give people a personal health partner that actually knows them including their records, their labs, their wearables. Backed by Kleiner Perkins and CRV, we're a Series A team building something that matters.
We're looking for someone to own all aspects of Video at Lotus AI. This is an ideal role for someone who lives and breathes short-form content. • Take raw footage, UGC, and lo-fi captures and shape them into scroll-stopping videos
  • Develop and iterate on templates, formats, and styles that can be systematized and scaled
  • Stay ahead of platform trends, sounds, and formats and bring new ideas to the table
  • Collaborate with the Head of Growth and content team on campaign-level creative strategy
  • Contribute to feedback loops, tracking what's performing and why

What we're looking for
  • 3-5 years of videography and editing experience, with a portfolio heavy on social/short-form work
  • Expert in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent
  • Strong instinct for pacing, sound, and hook
  • Comfortable in a scrappy, high-output environment where speed and iteration matter
  • Bonus: experience with motion graphics, After Effects, or basic color grading
  • Bonus: prior experience at a consumer app or health/wellness brand

Why Lotus
Early equity at a company that has real clinical impact. This is a ground-floor opportunity on a team that's moving fast and building something that will reach millions of people.
