About the Role

The person in this position plays a decisive role in increasing creativity and improving working capacity. Guarantee work achieves and even goes beyond Ogilvy's creative standard, and always ensure actual effectiveness in terms of the brand and Client's business. Responsible for all creative output and managing the creative process. The CD works as a team manager, motivator, and supervisor on a day-to-day basis.

What You'll Do

Client Management

  • Actively collaborate with Account department, and be willing to communicate with Clients in person as needed.

 Strategy

  • Provide helpful feedback to Strategy, and generate inspiring ideas in order to create even more high-quality works.

 Creative Leadership

  • Partner closely with the Creative Director, Art Director.
  • Coordinate and manage creative resources reasonably to improve both effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Review works monthly and quarterly, and report to ECD.
  • Organize the team to participate in different national and international creative competitions, and report to ECD.
  • Be passionate about innovative ideas, and encourage others to generate different ideas.
  • Maintain the belief in being creative, and display the power of curiosity and creativity in daily life.
  • Keep being patient, persistent and hopeful in pursuing the "Big Idea."
  • Earn respect and trust of colleagues.
  • Ensure that creative ideas are executed in an exceptional way.
  • Create a productive and "Big Idea" creative environment.
  • Responsible for creative and effectiveness recognition at local and international awards competitions and new/existing business growth.

  • Be able to identify, attract and retain talent.
  • Be inspiring, encouraging and friendly to others, always work hard to make positive progress.
