Creative Director
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
Our client, a top-tier global professional services firm, is seeking a Creative Director to lead and evolve its in-house creative function. This is a highly visible leadership role with the opportunity to shape global brand strategy, elevate creative output, and build a scalable, high-performing team within a complex, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a differentiated global brand and creative strategy aligned to business priorities
- Lead concept development and execution across digital, content, and integrated campaigns
- Build and scale an in-house creative function with strong operational rigor and efficiency
- Implement and optimize core infrastructure, including project management and digital asset management systems
- Leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance creative quality, personalization, and scalability
- Establish best-in-class processes for workflow, prioritization, and delivery
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders across regions and functions
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing, globally distributed team
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in creative, brand, or design leadership, including significant senior leadership tenure
- Must have experience supporting clients within the legal sector or direct experience working within a law firm, legal services organization, or related professional services environment
- Proven success operating in global, matrixed, B2B or professional services environments
- Strong blend of strategic vision and operational execution
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling in-house creative capabilities
- Fluency in modern creative tools, workflows, and emerging technologies, including AI
- Executive presence with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
Compensation
This position offers a competitive compensation package, with a base salary expected to fall within the range of $250,000–$325,000, depending on experience, scope of responsibilities, and overall qualifications.
