  • Establish and maintain an uncompromising standard of creative excellence, ensuring 100% adherence to brand standards across all outputs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in brand recognition and consistency, utilizing both qualitative perception and quantitative data.
  • Ensure all creative work, from sermon series to physical campaigns, emotionally resonates with the target audience and drives measurable next-step actions.

Content Production Throughput

  • Oversee the high-volume production of film, design, and digital content, ensuring all deliverables are shipped on time, on budget, and on brand.

  • A powerful portfolio demonstrating not only aesthetic beauty but measurable effectiveness and strategic execution.
  • Mastery in storytelling and brand stewardship.
  • A collaborative leader who thrives in a constraints-driven environment and refuses to let limitations stifle imagination.

Our Requirements

  • Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church, or willing to become one.
  • Models staff values: Honor, Care, Accountability, Grit, Authenticity, Humility, and Fun.
  • Lives out staff expectations of groups, inviting, serving, worship, and giving.
