The Job
Core Scientific is seeking a curious storyteller who can transform company knowledge, executive insights, industry developments, and technical expertise into compelling content that strengthens our brand, supports thought leadership, and drives engagement across social media, web, corporate communications, and community initiatives.
This role will serve as the primary writer and content creator for the marketing team, partnering closely with Investor Relations, executives, subject matter experts, operations leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify stories, develop narratives, and create content that supports Core Scientific's brand, business objectives, and industry leadership.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer, interviewer, and content strategist who enjoys learning complex topics, uncovering insights, and translating them into articles, social media content, thought leadership pieces, website content, executive communications, video scripts, and other content assets that resonate across multiple audiences and channels. They thrive in an individual contributor role and take ownership of content from concept to completion.
This role is based in Miami, FL at our corporate headquarters.
Responsibilities
  • Create original written content for social media, website pages, blog articles, thought leadership programs, executive communications, presentations, and other digital channels
  • Interview executives, subject matter experts, and business leaders to uncover stories, insights, and content opportunities
  • Build deep knowledge of Core Scientific, the AI infrastructure industry, and key stakeholder audiences to create relevant, timely, and impactful content
  • Develop narratives that support Core Scientific's business priorities, industry positioning, and community engagement efforts
  • Own content planning and editorial calendars aligned with company initiatives, announcements, investor communications, and industry developments
  • Develop content strategies that support LinkedIn, X, YouTube, website resources, PR initiatives, and executive visibility programs
  • Translate complex topics related to AI infrastructure, data centers, power, energy, and digital infrastructure into clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content
  • Support executive thought leadership through content development, social content strategy, presentations, bylines, and speaking opportunities
  • Partner with Investor Relations, operations, business development, and executive leadership to identify and develop content opportunities
  • Support website content development, resource center growth, and SEO/AEO initiatives
  • Plan and script video interviews, executive videos, educational content, webinars, and other multimedia initiatives
  • Repurpose content across social media, website resources, thought leadership programs, presentations, PR initiatives, video, and other channels
  • Collaborate with designers, video producers, agencies, and external partners to bring content to life across written, visual, and multimedia formats
  • Monitor content performance and audience engagement to continuously improve content effectiveness
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high editorial standards and meeting deadlines
  • Stay current on industry developments, content trends, AI tools, and evolving digital channels
  • Foster open, respectful, and professional communication directly within the team as well as with co-workers, teammates, and leaders across the organization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 4-8 years of experience in content marketing, corporate communications, journalism, public relations, or a related role
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
  • Experience creating written content across social media, website content, blog articles, executive thought leadership, and corporate communications
  • Demonstrated ability to interview subject matter experts and translate complex topics into compelling content
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, editorial planning, and content repurposing across channels
  • Demonstrated experience creating high-performing content for LinkedIn and X, with a strong understanding of how content, tone, and format should be adapted for each platform
  • Experience planning or scripting video content, interviews, webinars, podcasts, or executive thought leadership programs
  • Ability to identify content opportunities and transform a single source of information into multiple content assets across channels and audiences
  • Ability to build deep knowledge of a company, industry, and stakeholder landscape and translate that knowledge into relevant, timely, and compelling content
  • Strong curiosity and ability to quickly learn technical or industry-specific topics
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable with strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines
  • Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally and directly with senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in AI, technology, infrastructure, energy, data centers, cloud, cybersecurity, fintech, or other complex B2B industries
  • Experience supporting executive visibility and thought leadership programs
  • Familiarity with SEO/AEO, AI search and LLM visibility optimization best practices
  • Experience building educational content programs, resource centers, or knowledge hubs
  • Experience creating community engagement or corporate reputation content
  • Experience using AI tools and workflows to improve content creation and production
  • Basic graphic design or visual content creation experience
