Melaleuca is seeking a talented Corporate Communications Manager, SEO & Content Strategy to help shape how the world experiences our company, products, mission, and impact.

In this role, you will develop compelling content, support public relations initiatives, strengthen Melaleuca's online presence, and help protect and enhance our reputation across multiple channels. You'll combine strategic storytelling, content development, public relations, and digital communications expertise to create content that informs, engages, and inspires.

Working closely with Public Relations, Marketing, Executive Leadership, and the Melaleuca Foundation, you'll help bring our mission to life through meaningful stories, strategic communications, and digital content that reaches audiences around the world.

What You'll Do

Content Strategy & Brand Storytelling

• Create compelling, high quality content across multiple formats, including press releases, blog articles, website content, executive communications, video scripts, newsletters, and marketing support materials.

• Build, manage, and expand a content library that supports Public Relations, Marketing, Sales, Executive Leadership, and Foundation initiatives.

• Ensure all communications reflect Melaleuca's brand voice, mission, values, and commitment to enhancing lives.

• Repurpose and optimize existing content to maximize engagement, reach, and long term value.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and develop stories that strengthen the Melaleuca brand.

Public Relations & Reputation Management

• Support corporate public relations initiatives through the development of press releases, media materials, company announcements, guest articles, and thought leadership content.

• Monitor media coverage, online conversations, customer sentiment, and industry trends to identify opportunities and potential reputation risks.

• Assist in developing messaging and communication strategies that strengthen trust, reinforce credibility, and support corporate objectives.

• Help communicate company milestones, innovations, community impact, philanthropic efforts, and other newsworthy initiatives.

• Support crisis communication and issue management efforts as needed.

SEO & Digital Communications

• Implement SEO best practices across digital content to improve search visibility, discoverability, and organic traffic.

• Conduct keyword research, content audits, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

• Monitor content performance and provide recommendations based on analytics and audience insights.

• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, Surfer SEO, and related platforms to guide content strategy and improve results.

Content Performance & Innovation

• Leverage emerging technologies and AI powered tools to improve content development, research, workflow efficiency, and content performance.

• Explore innovative approaches that help scale content creation while maintaining quality and brand consistency.

• Stay informed on evolving communications trends, search algorithms, and digital best practices.

Foundation & Community Impact

• Support the Melaleuca Foundation through the development of philanthropic content, donor communications, and community impact stories.

• Assist in responding to donation requests and highlighting the Foundation's efforts to improve lives around the world.


Qualifications

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, English, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2+ years of professional experience in public relations, content marketing, journalism, corporate communications, brand communications, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of hands on SEO experience, including content optimization and keyword strategy.

• Exceptional writing, editing, grammar, research, and storytelling skills.

• Experience developing content for multiple audiences and communication channels.

• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Semrush, WordPress, or similar digital marketing and analytics platforms.

• Experience leveraging AI powered tools and emerging technologies to support content development, research, workflow efficiency, and communication effectiveness.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is helpful, but not required.
