About the role:We are seeking a Compensation Manager to lead the design, implementation, and governance of our broad-based compensation programs. This role will ensure TQL’s pay strategies remain competitive, performance-driven, and aligned with business objectives as we continue to scale. The Manager will oversee compensation strategy across base pay, short-term incentives, and long-term incentive programs while leading a team responsible for compensation analysis, market benchmarking, and program administration. This leader will partner closely with HR, Recruiting, Finance, and executive leadership to ensure compensation programs support growth, retention, and high performance across the organization.
