Must have technical/functional skills: SAP Callidus, PL/SQL, Unix, Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM), SAP Hana

Roles & Responsibilities

1. SAP Callidus Configuration & Development Expertise – Advanced skills in creating and maintaining compensation rules, building and optimizing compensation plans, and customizing system configurations for complex business needs.

2. Data Integration & Management – Experience integrating data between SAP Callidus and landing pad databases, consuming and exposing APIs for seamless system interoperability.

3. Automation Scripting – Proficiency in UNIX shell scripting for automating recurring tasks, improving process efficiency, and reducing manual intervention.

4. Agent Lifecycle Management (ALM) – Skilled in managing the end-to-end agent lifecycle, including version control, hierarchy management, database sync process

5. Workflow & Organizational Data Integration – Expertise in integrating SAP organizational data into workflows, performing workflow adjustments, and aligning processes with evolving business structures.

6. Crystal Reports Development – Ability to design, develop, and maintain Crystal Reports for operational and analytical reporting needs.

7. Oracle PL/SQL for Data Integration & ETL – Strong command over Oracle PL/SQL for building ETL processes, managing large-scale data integration, and supporting reporting requirements
