In this role, you will act as a software developer, identifying and resolving issues across critical business systems to ensure uninterrupted operations. You will function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), guiding and mentoring team members, making key technical decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and efficient solutions.

Your work will directly contribute to the stability, performance, and enhancement of systems that are essential to our business operations. Key Skills and Responsibilities SAP Callidus Configuration Development Expertise: Advanced skills in creating and maintaining compensation rules, building and optimizing compensation plans, and customizing system configurations for complex business needs.
